Dental Check-ups in Gangnam Seoul

A regular check-up is the simplest way to keep your teeth healthy and avoid bigger treatment later. We examine, clean and explain everything in English.

In short: a dental check-up is a routine examination of your teeth, gums and mouth, with X-rays when needed and a professional cleaning (scaling). It finds cavities and gum disease early, when they are easier to treat. Most people are advised to come every 6–12 months.

Why it matters

What is a dental check-up?

A check-up is a preventive visit. Your dentist looks for early decay, gum disease, worn or cracked teeth and failing fillings — often before you feel anything.

It usually includes scaling, which removes hardened plaque (tartar) that brushing cannot.
